Duties - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service. - Selling our line of fitness products - Provide accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer concerns. - Utilize effective phone etiquette to create positive interactions with customers. - Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products. - Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. - Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying additional products that meet customer needs. - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. - Help with merchandising the store - Help with loading up customer products as needed Requirements - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. - Strong communication skills in English - Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. - Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions. - Knowledge of sales techniques and experience in upselling is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism under pressure. - A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
