You will lead Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Performance to exceed our stakeholders'' expectations and enable growth in the business. You will play a key role in achieving short- and long-term strategic planning objectives. Mainresponsibilities: Be responsible for the Value Streamand all aspects of manufacturing operations,safety, quality and delivery Lead the Value Streammanagement cadence (daily/weekly/monthly) that drives SQDC for the Site. Provide effective leadership, coaching and mentorship for theemployees. Identify and provide necessary training resources for new employees. Lead and engage employees during kaizeneventsto drive continuous improvement and foster a progressive organization. Use Lean,Six Sigma,and Continuous Improvementtoolsto solve problems. Maintain daily production statistics, including customer demand, past dues, and backlog. Education, experience and skills: Bachelor''sdegreefrom an accredited institution. Minimum five years of experience as a leader in a manufacturing or operations environment. Exposure to ETO or CTO manufacturing processes. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and bills of materials for distribution systems. Ability to use Lean CI tools such as 5S, Std Work, SMED, 3P, VDM, and problem solving. Qualifications: Organizational and time management skills Attention to details Multi-tasking skills Strategic planning skills Communication skills in English: written and verbal Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project.
