Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations Plate dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service times Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment throughout shifts Support meal preparation for special events or catering as needed Follow all health and safety protocols to uphold a safe working environment Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or similar setting Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards Excellent skills in meal preparation and food presentation Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours Good understanding of the food industry’s best practices for hygiene and safety Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members Flexibility to adapt to various kitchen tasks and responsibilities as needed This position offers an engaging work environment for those passionate about culinary arts and dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
