Overview Languages English Education - College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year Experience 7 months to less than 1 year On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks - Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. - Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures - Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals - Direct and control daily operations - Open and distribute mail and other materials - Supervise other workers - Train staff - Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences - Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies - Schedule and confirm appointments - Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages - Oversee the analysis of employee data and information - Answer electronic enquiries - Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures - Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems - Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents - Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field - Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions - Maintain and manage digital database - Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pinpf
