Experience 1 year to less than 2 years.

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.

Perform data entry.

Administrative and office activities.

Ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

Carry out administrative activities of establishment.

Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.

Monitor and evaluate.

Use portfolio management software.

Train staff in procedures and in use of current software.

Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material.

Assist in preparing financial reports.
