What You’ll Be Doing: · Interior painting of vacant units to prep for new move-ins · Surfaces include ceilings, walls, kitchen cabinets, baseboards, doors, and casings · Occasional seasonal exterior painting · Working across multiple properties throughout the Lower Mainland What We’re Looking For: · Proven painting experience with a focus on quality and efficiency · Ability to work both independently and in a team environment · Reliable transportation – travel between sites is required · Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines Bonus Points For: · Familiarity with multi-unit residential painting · Flexibility and a positive attitude Perks: · Steady, full-time work Monday to Friday · Optional overtime opportunities · Competitive pay based on experience · Advantages package after 3-month probation · Travel time and mileage compensation for long commutes Ready to Join Us?
