Senior Maintenance Director Role, Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and lead a skilled team of maintenance technicians • Maximize equipment uptime through preventive measures • Manage infrastructure and building maintenance operations • Oversee investment projects in collaboration with engineering • Analyze KPI performance to facilitate improvements

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field • At least five years in maintenance management roles • Experience in a unionized setting preferred • Familiarity with industry standards in food production • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
