Under the supervision of the Logistics Director, the incumbent of this position is responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving activities on the day shift. He will ensure that the objectives and performance indicators of his department are met.

THE ROLE:

Plan staff working hours and vacations based on the needs of their department;

Plan order preparation according to customer requirements and ensure distribution operations;

Plan the movements of finished products between the different Nortera factories for order preparation;

Participate in the development and implement working methods to meet department deadlines;

Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards linked to the standards established by the HACCP and GMP program;

Coordinate the maintenance of rolling stock and various warehouses;

PROFILE:

DEC in an appropriate field or relevant experience;

3 to 5 years of supervisory experience;

Experience in the field of distribution/transport and knowledge of HACCP standards;

Good command of Office suite software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint);

Ease of communicating and speaking in public;

Sense of priorities and sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure;
