• Deliver our learning systems and leadership development programs and products

• Identify niche markets and place ads on various online platforms

• Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and suitable products and programs for them

• Deliver executive-level information briefings

• Apply strategic human capital insight to engagement processes

• Maintain performance metrics aligned with organizational goals

• Participate in advanced professional development training

What You Bring

• 7+ years of sales, marketing, brand strategy, digital marketing, or communications experience

• Strong audience engagement and messaging capability

• Skilled communication and relationship skills

• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify target markets

• Capacity to work autonomously with accountability

• Comfort using digital engagement and CRM tools (or being mentored/trained to do so)
