Job Title: Organizational Change Management Consultant Job Location: 100% Remote - Canada Job Type: T4 Contract Experience Required: 7+ Years Rate: CAD 80-90 per hour Role Summary We are hiring for an Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead large-scale organizational change initiatives across enterprise programs and cross-functional teams. In this role, you will help design and implement scalable change management approaches that improve visibility into cumulative change impact, strengthen organizational readiness, and support successful transformation outcomes across complex initiatives. The selected candidate will work closely with program leadership, TPMs, product, and engineering teams to build sustainable operational mechanisms that enable teams to manage organizational change more effectively at scale. Key Responsibilities - Lead organizational change initiatives across large-scale enterprise transformation programs - Design and operationalize portfolio-level change management approaches across multiple concurrent initiatives - Assess current change management practices and identify gaps in cumulative change visibility and impact management - Build scalable mechanisms to capture, assess, and respond to organizational change signals across teams and programs - Integrate change impact assessment into planning, prioritization, sequencing, and delivery processes - Collaborate with TPMs, engineering, product, and leadership teams to improve alignment and adoption readiness - Develop sustainable operating models, documentation, and toolkits that teams can maintain independently - Support program leaders in identifying risks, managing stakeholder alignment, and improving change adoption outcomes - Establish lightweight engagement models to identify when additional change support or intervention is required - Coach teams and program stakeholders on incorporating change impact assessments into program execution activities - Drive cross-functional collaboration while navigating ambiguity and influencing without formal authority Must-Have Skills - 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, enterprise transformation, or program management - Strong experience leading change initiatives across large-scale enterprise programs - Experience operating at a portfolio or system level across multiple concurrent initiatives - Proven ability to manage cumulative or overlapping organizational change impacts - Experience designing scalable change management approaches integrated into operational workflows - Robust stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills - Ability to influence and drive alignment without formal authority - Experience working with Technical Program Managers (TPMs), product teams, and engineering organizations - Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational leadership skills - Bachelor’s degree preferred - Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, and Claude Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience working within platform, SaaS, or enterprise software environments - Exposure to transformation initiatives involving operational process modernization or platform migrations - Experience building governance models and organizational readiness frameworks - Familiarity with portfolio planning and prioritization processes - Background supporting enterprise-scale product or engineering organizations About Techedin Techedin is a global IT staffing and technology services firm helping enterprises build high-performance tech teams.
