CyberArk Lead - Millenilink (Saint-Antoine-sur-Richelieu)

Millenilink is partnering with a major enterprise client on a multi-year Privileged Access Management (PAM) transformation. We are looking for a CyberArk Privileged Cloud Manager / Architect who can combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder leadership for a 9 month contract with a strong chance of extension. About the Role You will be the primary CyberArk expert for a large, complex environment, functioning as a manager-level architect who can both lead a small team (5-6 people) and remain hands-on with implementation and configuration. You will work closely with a highly technical client team, contributing opinionated, outcome-based recommendations rather than simply executing requests. Key Responsibilities - Act as the lead CyberArk Privileged Cloud SME for a multi-year program. - Lead and mentor a small delivery team (approx. 5-6 resources). - Own end-to-end design, build, implementation, and configuration of CyberArk Privileged Cloud. - Drive and support workstreams focused on the Privileged Cloud account discovery module. - Serve as the primary technical contact with client stakeholders, including architects and managers. - Participate in deep technical discussions and challenge or advise on proposed approaches based on your product expertise. - Ensure solutions are aligned to best practices, security outcomes, and operational scalability. Must-Have Qualifications - Manager-level experience in security / PAM, ideally leading small technical teams. - Proven, hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Cloud in a complex enterprise environment. - Demonstrated ownership of design, implementation, and configuration of CyberArk solutions, not just run/operations. - Practical experience with the CyberArk account discovery / Privileged Cloud account discovery module. - Ability to operate as both a strategic advisor and hands-on technical lead. - Solid stakeholder communication skills with the ability to influence technical and management audiences. Nice to Have - CyberArk Central Provider and Central Credential Provider - CDE Certification Ideal Candidate Profile - Client Facing experience in a professional services or management consulting environment - Confident leading technical delivery while staying close to the details. - Can translate complex PAM requirements into practical architecture and implementation decisions. - Brings a point of view, challenges assumptions respectfully, and guides stakeholders toward secure, scalable outcomes. - Comfortable working in a high-accountability enterprise setting with senior technical stakeholders.
