Bilingual In-house Corporate Lawyer (Joliette)

Our client - a large player in the IT equipment leasing/financing space - is looking for a well-rounded commercial lawyer to join its legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a variety of corporate matters, but especially contract review and negotiation; and must be bilingual in English and French. Depending on location of the candidate, there may be some in-office requirement but the role is otherwise remote.
