Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and professional Massage Therapist to join our spa/wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide various massage techniques to improve client well-being, reduce stress, and alleviate pain. You will be responsible for creating a relaxing environment and delivering high-quality, personalized services to our clientele.Responsibilities&Duties Perform Therapeutic Treatments: Deliver various massage types, including Thai, Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and reflexology. Client Consultation: Assess client physical conditions, medical history, and specific needs to tailor treatments. Maintain Hygiene Standards: Ensure treatment rooms are kept clean, tidy, and sanitized according to health regulations.Product Recommendations: Advise clients on complementary therapies, stretching techniques, and spa retail products. Scheduling&Administration: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing bookings, and maintaining client records. Requirements Certification: Valid certificate or diploma in massage therapy or physiotherapy. Experience: Minimum of 1 2 years of experience preferred (especially in hotel spa or specialized Thai massage).Languages: Good communication skills in English are essential; knowledge of Czech is a significant advantage. Attitude: Professional, friendly, and reliable approach to clients. Physical Fitness: Ability to perform several treatments throughout a workday. +4 Salary&Benefits Salary: Base salary typically starts around 28,000 30,000 CZK net/month, with average gross earnings often reaching 45,000+ CZK depending on bonuses and commissions.
