Collaborating with the IT Security Team, you will interpret complex access scenarios, conduct access reviews, and ensure compliance with rigorous IAM standards. This role not only involves solving access issues but also encompasses continuous improvement of security controls and processes.

Key Responsibilities:• Assess access risks and propose appropriate controls • Ensure compliance through thorough monitoring of IAM records • Conduct investigations into access-related incidents • Drive continuous improvement in IAM processes • Validate and authorize access according to compliance requirements

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years in relevant IAM roles • Relevant certifications preferred • Strong analytical skills in policy interpretation • Capability to apply IAM policy consistently
