Description
We are seeking a French bilingual Project Manager for a 6 months contract with high possibility of extension. Project is to lead a large-scale billing system migration initiative within a fast-paced telecommunications environment. The new in-house billing platform has already been largely developed, and the project is currently in-flight. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the migration phase through to completion while ensuring minimal disruption to customers and business operations. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and provide concise executive-level updates. Responsibilities - Lead and manage the end-to-end billing system migration initiative - Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technical, operations, and customer support stakeholders - Track project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables - Ensure smooth migration execution with minimal customer impact and operational disruption - Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and governance activities - Identify and mitigate project risks and escalation items proactively - Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to senior leadership - Drive issue resolution and maintain project momentum in a agile environment - Support change management and stakeholder engagement throughout the migration process - Ensure project documentation and reporting are maintained accurately Required Qualifications - Proven experience managing complex enterprise projects or system migrations - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously - Experience providing project reporting and executive updates to senior leadership - Strong organizational, risk management, and problem-solving abilities - Bilingual (English/French) Nice to Have - Telecommunications industry experience - Billing system implementation or migration experience - Experience working in customer-impacting operational environments - Familiarity with enterprise transformation or large-scale platform migration projects Preferred Background - Project Manager - Senior Project Manager - Technical Project Manager - Transformation Project Manager - Telecom Project Manager Note: We use AI tools to: obtain basic information, detect plagiarism, false employment history or references, categorize your skills, and do an initial match with job posting.
