Wage $27.81 Job Requirements Co-ordinate daily movements of product with sales and customers. Confirm product availability. Co-ordinate with warehouse for orders with fittings. Generate the required paperwork (i.e. Bill of Lading, customs paperwork, pro forma) Pre-call customers (as required) before shipment Data entry as required Take care of pick-ups Any other duties assigned by supervisor Conduct training of other employees as assigned Emails and phone calls to customer service Research into PO issues and complete corrections Tracking POD Participate in monthly and year-end Inventory processs SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English. Ability to use Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
