Mission As part of its operations, our client, a well-established player in its industry, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the growth of its activities. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating goods flows and transportation activities. Acting as a key point of contact between internal teams and external partners, you will help ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with performance objectives. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate local and international shipments with carriers and suppliers • Plan and organize goods movements (receiving, warehousing, shipping) • Monitor deliveries and ensure on-time performance • Prepare and validate logistics documentation (transport, customs, export, etc.) • Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational requirements • Support inventory management and warehouse flow optimization • Identify operational issues and propose appropriate solutions • Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes and tools Your profile • Education in logistics, transportation, operations management, or a related field • Relevant experience in logistics coordination, transportation, or supply chain roles • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (ERP experience is an asset) • Robust organizational and priority management skills • Analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders • Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable in a energetic setting This position is ideal for a committed, solution-oriented professional looking to grow within a collaborative environment where logistics plays a strategic role in overall business performance.
