POSITION DESCRIPTION: The St. Joseph Hospital House provides a home for the nuns who, in the past, primarily worked at the Hôtel-Dieu. We are currently seeking a Heavy Cleaning Attendant to fill a part-time position, 16 hours per week, for weekends only (Saturday and Sunday) from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The schedule may vary depending on vacation coverage. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: All other related tasks Construction Clean entryways and common areas Maintain and clean the premises Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building Taking out the trash Wash windows in common areas EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset) Knowledge of senior living residences is a major asset.
