Operations coordinationPlan and coordinate field technicians' schedulesPrepare installation files (documents, project details)Monitor ongoing projects (timelines, equipment, progress)2. Project managementTake ownership of projects upon receipt of client purchase ordersTrack deadlines and ensure timely deliveryAdjust projects based on field realitiesCollaborate closely with sales and technical teams3. Procurement & supply chainManage supplier orders related to projectsSource the best purchasing conditionsMonitor inventory and supply timelines4.
