Key Responsibilities:• Manage nutrition and hydration risks through specialized menus • Conduct thorough assessments and implement nutrition interventions • Collaborate on care planning with interdisciplinary teams • Educate families about dietary needs and options • Ensure every resident receives compassionate, individualized nutritional support

Requirements:• Degree in Food and Nutrition from an accredited institution • Membership in the College of Dietitians of Ontario/British Columbia • At least 2 years of experience in Long Term Care • Knowledge of relevant dietary regulations • Experience with various dietary challenges including tubefeeding and renal disease.
