In search of an innovative Associate University Librarian, the University of Ottawa Library focuses on enhancing Research Services. This position demands a seasoned librarian with significant leadership experience dedicated to fostering a culture of equity and collaboration. The appointed AUL will play a crucial role in strategically enhancing research services for users across the university.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead the strategic vision for Research Services • Implement innovative user-oriented research programs • Cultivate strategic partnerships across campus • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity within library operations • Promote engagement within the research community

Requirements:• MLIS degree from an accredited institution • Seven years of progressive library experience • Demonstrated leadership in academic library settings • Proficient in both French and English communication • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in library practices
