Leverage your application development skills as a C# Application Developer within a government agency for a 6+ month remote contract. This role requires advanced knowledge of .NET and application lifecycle management.
The Intermediate Application Developer will be tasked with developing and maintaining high-quality applications while ensuring they meet complex ministry requirements. You will engage in all stages of software development, from coding to testing, and work closely with various business units. Your technical insights will be crucial for troubleshooting and enhancing existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:• Deliver programming and support tasks for application development • Write and review quality code following best practices • Participate in the transition of applications to production • Evaluate technical impacts on existing applications • Maintain documentation and manage project reporting
Requirements:• 5 years experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET frameworks • Extensive use of Microsoft Azure DevOps Server • Proven application development and maintenance background • 3 years experience in a government-related field • Familiarity with methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
