About The Role As an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Student, you will be an integral part of our Americas Early Careers team. You’ll support the Nokia Canada Campus Program, driving exciting initiatives that connect top talent with groundbreaking opportunities at Nokia.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with line managers to support local student initiatives in the Ottawa area, fostering relationships both internally and externally.
Assist the Canada Campus Program Manager in organizing internal and external events in the Ottawa area.
Act as a Campus Ambassador for Nokia, representing and promoting our brand and opportunities to students.
Bring fresh, creative ideas to enhance our campus hiring strategies and brand presence.
Help plan and execute onboarding programs for new students, ensuring they have a fantastic start at Nokia.
Key Skills And Experience
Currently a candidate for a bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field with an accredited post-secondary institution in Canada.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superb attention to detail and time management.
Knowledge of PowerBI, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint or Canva.
Strong social media skills.
Additional Desired Skills
Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with various levels within the organization.
Experience with event planning.
Experience in reporting and data metrics.
