Description
Excel in a remote Oracle Fusion HCM Developer role, dedicated to application support and enhancements. This position calls for in-depth knowledge of Fast Formulas, reporting, and production environment management in a regulated context.
You will provide Application Managed Services support for the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. Successful candidates will have a strong technical background with over 5 years in Oracle, including at least 2 years in Fusion Cloud. Collaborating closely with functional teams, you will ensure seamless payroll and reporting processes while adapting to quarterly system updates.
Key Responsibilities:• Deliver technical support in Oracle Fusion HCM • Enhance payroll, absence, and compensation Fast Formulas • Troubleshoot production environment incidents • Conduct release readiness and technical assessments • Operate in client-facing and operational roles
Requirements:• Over 5 years experience in Oracle environments • Minimum 2 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud • Must have hands-on experience in managed services • Preferred public sector experience • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
