SISIP Financial Engagement Manager Role (Ahuntsic-Cartierville)

Elevate member engagement with SISIP Financial as their Engagement Manager. This hybrid position blends marketing expertise with a focus on financial solutions for Canadian Armed Forces members and their families.

As part of the Experience Management team at CFMWS, you will drive member engagement and business growth by developing creative marketing processes and campaigns. Collaborate with members of the SISIP XM team and the Marketing team to ensure effective execution of initiatives. You’ll utilize marketing automation tools to optimize member outreach strategies and improve engagement journeys.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement experience management marketing activities • Conduct research for customer segmentation insights • Build relationships with local partners and publications • Monitor and audit website content for improvements • Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic direction

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field • Experience in financial services and marketing strategies • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus • Bilingual in English and French essential • Strong analytical and relationship-building skills
