As the Office Administrator, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a crucial role within the Retail Management team. You will manage schedules, process expenses, and maintain direct communications with employees. Additionally, you're tasked with assuring that office supplies are properly stocked and equipment is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:• Handle sensitive information discreetly • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors • Facilitate meetings, events, and projects • Aid in employee screenings and background checks
Requirements:• 2-4 years of relevant administrative experience • Previous retail experience is an asset • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proficient in MS Office applications
