Loyal Express Group Laval location Dispatcher Laval (on-site) - Schedule: Monday to Friday - On-site at Loyal Express Transport Laval Responsibilities - Dispatch drivers and monitor equipment status - Ensure compliance with customer pickup and delivery standards - Communicate effectively with drivers, shippers, and consignees - Provide real-time assistance and support to drivers - Prioritize equipment utilization and optimize the intermodal fleet - Ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations - Quickly and effectively resolve in-transit shipment issues Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of dispatcher experience (mandatory) - Ability to manage 25+ drivers in a fast-paced environment - Strong knowledge of QC / ON operations and Quebec rail yards - Knowledge of drayage regulations - Strong organizational and computer skills - Bilingual (French / English) - Autonomous, resourceful, and a robust team player Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ono5c
