Interior Painter, Ahuntsic North

The Role:

NorthCo is hiring a Painter to join our growing interior team. This is a full‑time role for someone who takes pride in clean lines, smooth walls, and finishes that hold up. You'll be working inside clients' homes, so attention to detail and respect for the space matter just as much as the quality of the work itself.

We're looking for an experienced painter who is comfortable across the full scope— walls, trim, prep, and the finish work that ties a room together. If you have spray painting experience on top of that (interior or exterior), even better.

You'd be joining a crew that shows up, does great work, keeps sites clean, and delivers a finished product we're proud to put our name on.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Interior painting on residential renovation projects— walls, ceilings, trim, doors

Surface prep: sanding, filling, caulking, masking, and protecting the space

Drywall patching and mudding as needed

Light carpentry tied to paint and finish scope

Maintain high quality standards and complete rework if required

Keep worksites clean, organized, and protected throughout the project

Collaborate with the team to stay on schedule and hit deadlines

Post clear, relevant daily logs in BuilderTrend (our job tracking software used to log work and keep everyone aligned)

Requirements What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of painting experience

Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft

Able to work independently and as part of a crew

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Respectful of clients' homes and easy to work with

Bonus Points For:

Spray painting experience— interior or exterior, any background counts (walls, cabinetry, refinishing, auto body, HVLP)

Capacity to install drywall and provide a level 4 finish

Carpentry experience, including light framing and baseboard installation
