The GCC (Global Customer Care) Operations team manages operational processes and tools to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. The Intern Automation Specialist will be part of the Design&Solution Development team, helping deliver tools and solutions that enable customer and internal automation for the GCC. Location
You must be in the Ottawa, Canada office at least three days a week. Term Duration
This is a full‑time, 8 or 12‑month position, starting September 2026. Co‑op / Intern Eligibility
This position is open to co‑ops and interns. Candidates must be currently enrolled in full‑time education or be a recent/upcoming graduate within 12 months of the placement end date. Compensation Range
$19.46– $28.55 hourly rate; the final offer will reflect the candidate’s skills, year of education, and experience. Vacancy Status
This is an existing job vacancy. What You Will Do
Prototype and implement new capabilities for the suite of tools leveraged by the GCC organization Work with Solutions Architect / Technical Lead and IT Teams to implement and deploy tools and solutions Document solutions and tools deployed to the GCC application stack Participate in solution testing and validationExplore and present new platform/tool features for future solutions May perform additional projects upon request What We Are Looking For
A self‑starter with 1–2 years of software development experience Excellent communication skills Willingness to learn new tools and technologies Experience developing in Java Familiarity with SQL Familiarity with interface design and development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Programming experience with Visual Studio IDEInterest in applying AI concepts to build automated business solutions Kinaxis welcomes candidates from all backgrounds.
