RaceRocks, based in Victoria, B.C., is seeking an Intermediate Learning Designer to contribute to remote training solutions for defence, aerospace, and marine sectors. You will utilize instructional design skills and authoring tools to craft engaging learning experiences alongside a collaborative team. This role emphasizes meaningful learning outcomes and effective communication with clients and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients to analyze training needs • Design engaging eLearning experiences using Articulate and other tools • Create storyboards and lesson plans for multimedia courses • Test and review eLearning content for consistency and accuracy • Work closely with Project Managers on documentation and project goals

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of instructional design experience • Proficient in Articulate Storyline and LMS tools • Solid communication skills for client interactions • Experience in evaluating learning effectiveness • Educational background in adult learning or education
