Senior Advisor for Humanitarian Programs (Ahuntsic-Cartierville)

In this impactful role, you will serve as the key point of contact with Global Affairs Canada, guiding relationship management and project oversight. Your expertise in humanitarian aid, coupled with strong partnership development, will be essential in driving programmatic success. Collaborating with various IRC teams will enable you to monitor project performance and ensure compliance with donor expectations.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage the GAC humanitarian programmatic agreement • Coordinate annual funding allocation and reporting processes • Cultivate professional relationships with GAC and key stakeholders • Develop and maintain internal systems for data management • Lead contract negotiations and compliance efforts

Requirements: • At least five years of experience with institutional donors • Solid proposal writing and portfolio management skills • Proven ability to operate in a complex organization • Solid organizational and multitasking abilities • Knowledge of multiple languages, including French, is a plus
