Hiring: Bilingual Helpdesk Specialist (French/English) – Banking Industry Are you a tech-savvy customer service skilled looking to plant roots with a major financial institution? We are looking for dependable, bilingual support specialists to join our client's Online Banking & Client Services team in Montreal! Position Details - Role: Bilingual Helpdesk Specialist - Location: Montreal, QC (Initial ~8 weeks onsite training, transitioning to a hybrid/remote model after) - Contract Length: 6 months to start (high potential for extension) - Compensation: CAD $22.00 – $27.00/hour (based on experience) - Hours: 37.5 hours/week - Shift: Primary shift is 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST (Must be flexible to work within operational hours of 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST) ???? What You’ll Do As a critical point of contact for digital banking users, you will: - Support clients navigating online banking platforms and mobile apps. - Troubleshoot technical issues, including password resets, biometric login issues, and transaction errors. - Assist with wire transfers, check imaging (Deposit Edge), and online navigation via screen-sharing sessions. - Manage high call volumes while multitasking across multiple internal banking systems. - Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive financial data. ✔️ What You Bring (Must-Haves) - Fluency: Fully bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken fluently is a strict requirement). - Experience: Strong background in phone-based customer support or call center environments. - Tech-Savviness: Natural ability to troubleshoot applications, platforms, and login interfaces. - Soft Skills: Exceptional patience, communication, and multitasking abilities. - Reliability: A proven track record of excellent attendance and dependability. ???? Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves) - Previous experience in banking or financial services. - Experience supporting technical products or online platforms. - Experience working within structured environments like Telus, Rogers, or similar large customer support operations. ????
