We are hiring on behalf of a growing transportation and logistics organization looking for an experienced International Logistics Manager to lead and optimize international operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong operational leadership, international freight knowledge, pricing analysis, and margin ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all international shipments and operational execution

• Ensure SLA compliance and on-time loading performance

• Own international margin performance and cost control

• Analyze and validate international projects and pricing

• Prepare pricing and quotes for non-standard shipments

• Lead and hold the international operations team accountable

• Manage escalations, execution issues

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation operations

• Strong understanding of LTL, small parcel, and international shipping flows ( air/ocean)

• Experience with pricing analysis, quoting, and margin management

• Leadership experience managing operations teams

• Highly organized with solid communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a high-accountability, execution-focused environment
