In this role, you will provide individual and group consultation to mental health professionals and conduct assessments for the OSP program. You will also interpret psychological assessments, ensure culturally appropriate services, and design personalized treatment plans. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a collaborative setting within the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide CBT training to community and hospital-based therapists • Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic interviews • Design individualized treatment plans based on case conceptualization • Deliver psychological treatment in both group and individual formats • Participate in research projects and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements: • Doctorate from a CPA/APA Accredited Psychology Program • Registered or eligible with the College of Psychologists of Ontario • Experience in diagnosing anxiety and mood disorders • Proven track record in delivering clinical consultation and training • Commitment to culturally safe and competent care practices
