Key Responsibilities: • Welcome patients and explain the collection process • Conduct phlebotomies and perform ECG tracings • Execute special test collections, including legal drug screens • Accurately enter patient demographic data • Prepare specimens for testing and transportation

Requirements: • Graduate from a Laboratory Assistant program preferred • Experience in phlebotomy highly regarded • Strong communication skills and empathy • Computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm • Strict adherence to patient confidentiality standards
