Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the production schedule and material requirements plan based on demand forecasts and production capacity.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to ensure executable supply plans.
• Manage inventory levels and replenishment strategies to optimize working capital.
• Participate in the S&OP process to align supply plans with business objectives.
• Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps through scenario planning and adjustments.
• Leverage data and analytics to generate optimized supply plans.
• Monitor supply plan performance using KPIs such as schedule adherence and inventory turns.
• Drive process improvements and communication across cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of advanced planning strategies and replenishment processes.
• Proficient in supply chain management tools and technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
