Reporting to the Security Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety. What you will be responsible for: - Monitoring entries and exits (visitors, employees, customers) - Locking and unlocking doors - Patrolling buildings and yard, on foot or by vehicle - Protecting evidence in the event of a crime - Securing incident scenes - Responding in the event of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water leaks, hazardous materials - Writing reports and logs - Conducting searches in case of doubt - Performing all other related duties Qualifications - You must be able to work nights (schedule: 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Friday–Saturday–Sunday, 36 hours/week) - You hold a high school diploma - You hold a valid first aid certification - You hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license - You are bilingual with ease of communication in French and English (written and spoken) - You have a clean criminal record - You have the ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and rational manner - You have excellent judgment, observation, and communication skills Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pat6k
