Location Name: Stella Location City: Laval Job Status: Permanent: Part Time Job Schedule: Weekends Hours per week: 16 Purpose of the position The Stella residence is currently looking for of a day maintenance person, she will be responsible for carrying out various upkeep and maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments. Day shift, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 to 4:00 Specifically, your daily life with us will look like: Maintain and clean the premises Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior Clear and salt the entrances Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required Make service calls Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.) Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas The ideal person has: Good judgment and priority management Good sense of organization Positive physical ability Ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions Team spirit Punctuality and reliability Required qualifications: Skilled training in general building maintenance (an asset) What will you be offered: Referral Program Uniform provided Floating days off Social leave Vacation Human management approach Consistent schedule Career Prospect COGIR Real Estate promotes access to equality in employment.
