This 8 to 12-month full-time internship starts September 2026, focusing on enhancing tools for the Global Customer Care team. You will work within the Design&Solution Development team, prototyping new capabilities and documenting the solutions deployed. Strong communication skills and a readiness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities:• Implement new capabilities in GCC tools • Work alongside the Technical Lead to deploy automated solutions • Document software solutions and tools created • Participate actively in testing and validating solutions • Present innovative platform features for development
Requirements:• 1-2 years of experience in software development • Proficiency in Java and familiarity with SQL • Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for interface design • Strong communication and teamwork abilities • Interest in AI-driven business solutions
