With a focus on investigation, negotiation, and resolution, you will engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service. Key Responsibilities:• Investigate and assess complex bodily injury claims • Communicate with clients, claimants, and legal experts • Provide coaching and support to the claims team • Ensure exceptional client service throughout the claims process • Implement innovative solutions for effective claims resolution

Requirements:• Three years of claims or related experience • Post-secondary degree or diploma required • Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation preferred • Provincial adjuster license as needed for work • Proficiency in English is essential for role
