Job Overview Domus Building Cleaning Company Ltd. is looking for a qualified Evening Working Supervisor for an immediate position located within the Ottawa area.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and plan the work of employees

Conduct monthly inspections of the facilities (including monitoring inventory and supplies)

Ensure the proper maintenance of all cleaning equipment

Cleaning duties including but not limited to: mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing

Completing orientation and training of all new staff

Complete and submit time-off requests, disciplinary reports, accident reports, and other supervisor

Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as floor waxing, carpet cleaning, or

Monitor and maintain Domus standards of cleanliness

Required Skills/Abilities

Must be able to speak, read, and write in English and French

Supervisor experience within the cleaning industry (commercial, industrial, or office)

Advanced reading, writing, and communication skills

Physical abilities: standing, kneeling, walking up to 8 hrs a day
