Part Time Players Club Representative Ottawa, Ahuntsic North

Become a vital part of Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel&Casino as a Part Time Players Club Representative. This role focuses on guest interactions, loyalty program enrollments, and providing exceptional service on the casino floor.

In this permanent position based in Ottawa, Ontario, you will engage with guests directly, enroll them in the Rock Star Rewards program, and assist with inquiries and redemptions. The ideal candidate will bring guest service experience, a strong understanding of casino promotions, and excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:• Enroll guests into the loyalty program and issue rewards cards • Accurately enter player data into SG-CMP system • Maintain a clean, organized working environment • Assist with promotions and player development efforts • Provide amplified guest service and address concerns directly

Requirements:• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Previous guest service experience preferred • Ability to work flexible schedules • Effective English communication skills • Must obtain Category 2 Gaming Assistant registration
