You will manage inventory, coordinate schedules, and handle record-keeping to ensure compliance with training requirements. Key Responsibilities:• Order and manage training equipment for health programs • Coordinate training sessions with internal and external providers • Maintain accurate staff training records and compliance reports • Process invoices and assist with departmental budgeting • Update health and safety materialson the website
Requirements:• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum two years administrative experience • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills • Proficiency in Google Suite • Understanding of a unionized environment
