Position Summary We’re looking for a
Receptionist/Administrative
Assistant
to join our dynamic team in our Durham office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting a busy office in a professional and team-oriented setting.

Primary Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person.
Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed
Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, collating, and faxing.
Accept insurance payments from clients and issue receipts
Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers
Support the office with additional administrative duties as required
Technical&Interpersonal Skills
Excellent communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and presentation
Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Sound computer and administrative skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma required
Previous administrative or receptionist experience is considered an asset
Working knowledge of EPIC is considered an asset
Compensation Range:
$36,000– $50,00 annually
Compensation is based on a full-time 35-hour work week and will be dependent upon the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
