In this key role, you will support Opti9's multi-entity accounting operations across Canada and the United States. This dynamic position emphasizes cash flow management, including preparation of cash forecasts and supporting liquidity. Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain financial accuracy and ensure seamless accounting transitions.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform daily cash management activities and payment processing • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and cash transaction accuracy • Analyze cash inflows/outflows for liquidity management • Support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations • Prepare financial analysis and account variance reviews

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience • Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting • Experience with cash management and ERP systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
