As the Corporate Controller reporting to the CFO, you will lead the financial operations for Central Precast and its affiliated companies. Your responsibilities include controllership and financial governance, managing cost accounting, and ensuring compliance across the organization. You will be expected to display leadership maturity while preparing for potential broader enterprise responsibilities based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare financial statements as per ASPE • Oversee inventory valuation and costing processes • Ensure internal controls and compliance with regulations • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management • Mentor the accounting team across multiple locations

Requirements:• CPA designation, CA preferred • 8–12+ years of accounting experience • Background in public accounting and industry • ERP experience, Dynamics Business Central preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
