Located at Carlingview Manor and transitioning to Beauclaire LTC home in Spring/Summer 2026, this position requires you to provide personal care, support daily activities, and advocate for resident safety. You will be a vital part of the residents' overall well-being through attentive and compassionate service.

Key Responsibilities:• Follow care plans and facilitate resident transitions • Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and meals • Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions • Respond to resident concerns with prompt action • Ensure a safe and clean living environment

Requirements:• Completion of Personal Support Worker program or equivalent • Experience working with seniors in a health service setting • Excellent written and oral communication capabilities • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification needed • Capability to perform necessary physical tasks
