InterRent REIT is looking for a Property Maintenance Technician to support operations at the 360 Laurier community. This role emphasizes hands-on repairs and ongoing property upkeep.

We need a passionate maintenance technician with a strong customer focus and a wide range of skills from plumbing to electrical work. You will keep our residences safe and welcoming, performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and responding to emergencies. Contributing to a positive living environment is key.

Key Responsibilities:• Execute repairs during tenant transitions and occupancy • Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance • Ensure all properties and amenities are operational • Manage emergency repair calls effectively • Complete work orders as directed

Requirements:• Solid knowledge of various maintenance tasks • Have own tools and a vehicle with a clean driving record • Familiarity with MS-Office necessary • Team-oriented yet capable of independent work • Must pass a criminal background check
