Your main Challenges: Understand complex technical topics and translate them into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences. Demonstrate curiosity and initiative by researching, experimenting with, and mastering the technical subjects to be taught; Lead engaging training sessions with solid pedagogical skills and a genuine passion for sharing knowledge. Train adult learners from various technical backgrounds, both remotely and in person. Create and maintain high-quality training materials, in both written and video formats. What You Bring with you: 3 to 5 years of experience with Point of Sales systems. Ability to design training methods and develop soft skills for adults and/or technical staff. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in the retail or grocery sector is considered an asset. Experience in the retail sector, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, or convenience stores, is essential. Our Great Benefits: Minimum of 3 weeks of vacation from the first year.
