Enhance coaching education at the Coaching Association of Canada as a Programs and Partnerships Advisor. This role combines relationship management with strategic project execution.
Within the Programs and Partnerships Department, youll lead initiatives for the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) while fostering partnerships. Your expertise will shape education curriculum development and engage in project management. Additionally, a focus on research requires the ability to analyze data and apply insights to influence program operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Build positive relationships with key partner organizations • Design and implement effective coaching education programs • Execute and manage assigned project lifecycles • Lead research initiatives to support organizational goals • Ensure the delivery of evidence-based insights for improvement
Requirements: • Proven skills in partner engagement and relationship management • Experience in project planning and execution • Robust knowledge in coach education and curriculum development • Analytical and data mobilization skills for research • Legally authorized to work in Canada
